The Roof Report Card: A Roof Inspection with Photos
A Roof Report Card is a no-charge roof check from Noland’s Roofing. A technician inspects your roof, photographs what they find, and gives you a written grade with notes. You can then decide whether a repair, a replacement, or no work makes sense. There’s no obligation to hire us.

Just had a storm? Start with how to check your roof after a storm, then book the visit if you see anything.
| Area | What they’re looking for |
|---|---|
| Roof covering | Wear, granule loss, cracking, lifted or missing pieces, and the bruising that separates hail damage from ordinary aging |
| Flashing | Wall and chimney flashing and valleys, where most leaks actually start |
| Penetrations | Pipe boots, vents and anything else that passes through the roof |
| Gutters | Sagging, separated seams, clogs and overflow marks |
| Soffit & fascia | Soft or rotted fascia boards, loose or damaged soffit panels, and openings pests use |
| Attic signs | Staining, daylight and damp decking that mean water has been getting in |

Roof Report Card: common questions
What is a Roof Report Card?
A Roof Report Card is a no-charge roof check from Noland's Roofing. A technician inspects your roof, photographs what they find, and gives you a written grade with notes. You can then decide whether a repair, a replacement, or no work makes sense. There's no obligation to hire us.
Is there any charge for the Roof Report Card?
No. The Roof Report Card is at no charge, and nothing is offered or bundled with it.
How long does the visit take?
[PLACEHOLDER: visit length to be confirmed by Noland's.]
Do I need to be home?
Not for the roof itself. The technician works on the outside of the house. If you want to talk through what they find, or you'd like them to look at ceiling stains or the attic, plan to be home.
Will I get photos?
Yes. The photos of what the technician finds are part of your Roof Report Card, and they're yours to keep.
Is there any obligation?
No. If the roof is fine, we say so. If it needs work, you'll have photos and a written grade, and time to decide.
