Noland’s Roofing repairs and replaces roofs across Central Florida coast to coast, from three offices: Clermont, Orange City, and Bradenton. We’re a CertainTeed Premier Roofing Contractor, a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor, and BBB accredited. None of that matters as much as this: our pricing is public, and the crew that inspects your roof is the same crew that installs it.
Why we don’t run discounts
A lot of roofing companies quote high and then “discount” back down during the sales pitch. It feels like a deal, but the price was never true to begin with. We do the opposite: our pricing is public on our free instant estimator before anyone calls you. What you see is the number, not a negotiating position.
It also means we can’t play the “sign tonight” game, because there’s nothing to sign tonight for. The rate is the same on Tuesday. That’s the whole argument, spelled out on our pricing page.

We’re also rated 4.7★ from 1,300+ Google reviews, as of August 2026. That’s the combined total across all three offices, and the reviews page breaks it out per office rather than hiding a weaker branch inside a company-wide average.
Every credential above is checkable. We hold two state licenses: CCC1335461, a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license, and CBC1268061, a Florida Certified Building Contractorlicense — the second is what covers the renovation work, the gutters, siding, soffit and fascia. You can look both up on the DBPR site in about a minute, and you should do that with any roofer who knocks on your door. What we still don’t call ourselves is a generalcontractor, because that’s a third license we don’t hold.
