Who we are

This site is operated by Noland's Roofing, Inc.(“Noland’s Roofing,” “we,” “us”), a Florida roofing and renovation contractor, license CCC1335461, with offices in Clermont, Orange City, and Bradenton, Florida. Questions about this policy go to customerservice@nolandsroofing.com.

Information you give us

We collect information you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you tell us about your roof. That happens when you call an office, email us, start a chat in the webchat window, or use our online estimator. We use it to answer you, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and service the job. We do not sell your personal information.

The online estimator

Our instant roof estimator runs at estimate.nolandsroofing.com. When you enter an address there, we use satellite and aerial imagery of that property to measure the roof and calculate a price range. The estimator asks for your name, email, and phone number alongside the address, and for your consent to be contacted, before it returns that range. Those details are stored in our customer system so a person can follow up.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records standard technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps — through cookies and similar technologies. We use the following third-party services, each of which may set its own cookies and receive this information directly:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — how the site is used, which pages lead to calls and estimates.
• Google Ads — measuring whether an ad led to a call or an estimate, and showing you our ads elsewhere.
• Podium webchat — the chat window in the corner of the site. If you start a chat or ask us to text you, your message and phone number are handled by Podium on our behalf. Message and data rates may apply, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Google Maps — the maps showing our office locations are embedded from Google.
• YouTube — video thumbnails are served from our own site, and clicking one takes you to YouTube, where their privacy policy applies.

Your choices

• Your browser can block or delete cookies. Parts of the site may work less well if you do.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings.
• Most browsers send a “Global Privacy Control” or Do Not Track signal. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing for those signals to opt you out of.
• Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving them; reply HELP for help.
• To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email customerservice@nolandsroofing.com from the address you gave us, or call any office.

Sharing

We share information with the service providers who help us run the business — the analytics, advertising, chat, financing, and customer-management vendors above — and with our own crews and suppliers as needed to do your job. We also share it where the law requires. We do not sell it.

Children

This site is for homeowners and property owners. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes
