New Construction Roofing
Roofing for custom homes and builder projects across Central and Southwest Florida: shingle, tile, and metal, coordinated directly with your builder or general contractor on their timeline, not around it.
Built for the builder’s schedule
We work directly with builders and site supervisors on the build sequence already in place — no relaying information back and forth through the homeowner. We install asphalt shingle, clay and concrete tile, and standing-seam or corrugated metal roofing, matched to the plans and the community’s architectural standards.
If you’re a homeowner building custom, the same crews and the same pricing approach apply — see our residential roofing page for how a replacement is priced.

New construction roofing — common questions
Does Noland's Roofing work directly with builders?
Yes. We coordinate directly with builders and general contractors on new-construction timelines, not just individual homeowners, working within the build's existing schedule to keep coordination and code compliance simple on both sides.
What roofing materials do you install on new construction?
Asphalt architectural shingles, clay and concrete tile, and standing-seam or corrugated metal, whatever the build calls for. We're a CertainTeed Premier Roofing Contractor.
How much does new-construction roofing cost in Florida?
Asphalt shingle roofing on new construction is priced the same way we price a replacement: off the actual roof rather than a rule of thumb. Tile and metal are quoted after we review the plans. Custom builds price off the plans, since roof complexity varies so much.
Can Noland's Roofing meet a builder's construction schedule?
Yes. We work within the build sequence builders and GCs already run on, and we talk directly with the site supervisor instead of making the homeowner relay information back and forth.
