What to ask about the assessment

- Available photographs and written findings.
- Any inaccessible area or inspection limitation.
- The proposed repair boundaries and work outside that scope.
- How concealed conditions or additional work would be documented.
- Whether temporary protection can be arranged.

Not automatically. Assessment of the roof and affected materials is needed to explain the repair options and remaining limitations.
What should I photograph?
Only what you can document safely from inside an accessible building or from the ground. Do not climb the roof or approach damaged wiring or unsafe structures.
Can you arrange temporary protection?
Ask which temporary measures are available for the property and how their scope differs from permanent work. Availability must be confirmed.
What records should I keep?
Keep safe photos, the date you noticed a change, earlier roof records and written scopes or receipts. Ask which findings and photographs are available from the visit.
Does the online report replace a storm assessment?
