Using this site

This site is published by Noland's Roofing, Inc., Florida license CCC1335461. By using it you agree to these terms. The content here — text, photos, video, and the estimator — is ours or used with permission; please don’t copy or republish it commercially without asking.

Online estimates are estimates

Our instant estimator measures your roof from satellite and aerial imagery and prices it against our published tier rates (Good $3.90 to Elite $5.27 per sq ft of effective roof area (measured area + 10% waste), as of July 2026). That is genuinely what we charge, and we publish it so you can see it before anyone calls you.

It is still an estimate. Conditions we can only find on site — rotten decking, layers we didn’t know about, structural repairs, permit or HOA requirements, unusual access — can change the number. Your written proposal, signed by both sides, is the binding price. Published rates can change; the rate that applies is the one in your proposal.

Financing

Financing shown on this site is offered by third-party lenders, not by us. Approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender and subject to their credit criteria. See our financing page for how the process works.

Reviews and ratings

Review counts and star ratings shown here are our own Google review totals across our three offices as of July 2026, stated with the date so you can check them yourself. They move over time; we update them periodically rather than in real time.

Calls, texts, and chat

If you give us your phone number or start a chat, you agree we may call or text you about your roof. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranties and liability

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties are set out in your contract and in the manufacturer’s own documents, not on this website. The site itself is provided as-is: we work to keep it accurate, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren’t liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information here rather than a written proposal.

We link to third parties — Google, YouTube, the BBB, CertainTeed, our lenders. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
