It also means a quote that only covers the elevation you noticed can miss what is coming on the other one.
Would insurance pay for this?
Usually not, and it is worth being straight about why. Most of what we find in Orange City is gradual — a board that stayed wet under shade and debris for years. Carriers treat that as maintenance, not as an event. Storm damage is a different conversation and may be claimable. We photograph everything either way so you have the record if you want to try, but your policy and your adjuster decide the outcome.
Should I have the trees cut back at the same time?
