Noland's Roofing lists Pensacola as a service area. The company does not operate an office in Pensacola or anywhere in the Florida Panhandle; requests are coordinated through its existing team and documented Clermont and Orange City offices. Use the contact page to confirm service and assessment availability for your property, and describe any leaks or storm concerns.
For planned asphalt-shingle replacement, the online estimator is a separate budgeting starting point. It does not assess current damage, quote a repair or book an appointment.
Roof permits: city or county
Pensacola addresses split between two building departments. Inside city limits, the City of Pensacola Building Inspections division (Development Services, City Hall, 222 W. Main St.) handles permits. Outside city limits, Escambia County Building Services handles unincorporated county parcels. Escambia County's post-storm permitting page says emergency tarping needs no permit, small shingle repairs of 200 square feet or less are exempt when sheathing and underlayment are untouched, and re-roofs are expedited. Recheck it for the current version, and see the Escambia County guide for detail.
After Hurricane Isaias
The National Hurricane Center recorded an observation from a station near Pensacola during Isaias, which made landfall near Destin on October 9, 2026. That measurement is not a damage report for every Pensacola home. Photograph changes from the ground and read the Isaias roof-help guide before requesting a visit.
What Noland's can help with
For a localized leak or missing shingles, start with roof repair or roof leak repair. For wind or storm damage, see storm damage repair. If findings point to the whole roof, read about roof replacement and metal roofing.
Compare the written roofing scope
A proposal should describe the roof covering and installation system, tear-off and disposal, underlayment and flashing, assumptions about deck repair, permit responsibility, cleanup and exclusions. Ask the contractor to connect each line to what the inspection found. After a storm, also ask for the contractor's Florida license number and check it with the state before you sign.
